Music and Events for Henry VIII anniversary

To mark the 500th anniversary of the accession to the throne of Henry VIII, the music at Evensong on 21 April 2009 will include an anthem by John Taverner (c. 1490-1545) - entitled Dum transisset sabbatum (When the Sabbath was past).

Exclusive commemorative china will be available in the Cloister shop from March 2009; the design inspired by the heraldry and images relating to Henry VIII within St George's Chapel.
