Schools Concert at St George's Chapel

Over 200 children from Oakfield, Holyport and St George’s Schools sang together in a lunchtime concert in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on Thursday 2 July.

The concert was the celebration and culmination of a musical programme in which members of St George’s choirs visited the other schools and collaborated in music making for a term.

Pieces sung included “Oh, won’t you sit down”, the “Rhythm of Life”, “The Lord is my Shepherd” and “Plenty more fish in the sea”.  The concert was enjoyed by parents of many of the children together with visitors to the Castle who were in the Chapel at the time.
