Deliveries

We aim to deliver most goods within 10 days, but please allow up to 28 days. Deliveries will only be dispatched to the billing address.

We regret that due to US import restrictions chocolates cannot be delivered to customers in the USA.

Postage & Packing Costs

£3.50 for delivery within the UK
£9.50 for delivery to continental Europe
£12.50 for the rest of the World

For orders heavier than 1kg a member of our shop staff will contact you to discuss delivery options.

Air Mail service for all orders to Canada, USA, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the Far East.

In the event of your parcel being intercepted by customs you may have to pay local duties.

Customer Service Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us at our expense and we will refund the original purchase price of the goods or, if you prefer, exchange for another item.
