Two Services broadcast on Sunday 6 June (BBC Radio 4) and Wednesday 9 June (BBC Radio 3) were recorded in St George’s Chapel last month. Both Services touch lightly on the fact that the week marks the centenary of the birth of the late Duke of Edinburgh whose funeral took place in St George’s Chapel in April.
On Sunday 6 June a service of Sung Mattins will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 at 8.10am. The service was recorded in St George’s Chapel last month. The preacher is the Dean of Windsor, the Right Reverend David Conner, KCVO. The Order of Service is as follows:
